Herb Day
Learn how to wow your guests using fresh herbsNicole Schermerhorn of  A Thyme to Plant will create special herbal flavored pesto, salsa, ice cream and lemonade for this Market in her "Entertaining with Herbs" presentation at the Chef's Tent. To add to the party theme the Colonial Triangle Unit of the Herb Society of America will demonstrate making tussie mussies at the exhibitor's tent in front of the Craft House. They will design with flowers from Duchess of Gloucester and herbs from A Thyme to Plant.

Herb plants and cut bunches of herbs can be purchased from Amy's Organic,
Blenheim Farm and Zamora Produce. Gypsy Hill Rubs will return, this week only, with their herbal seasonings.
Herbs can also be savored in Chocolate Craving's herb infused barks and truffles.
